We can design and print personalised Petty Cash & Credit Card envelopes.
These are used for people purchasing items on the go using cash or a company credit card, where paying on an account by PO is not available.
You can clearly itemise the receipts, so the accounts department know what you have purchased in order to reimburse you.
Standard Petty Cash & Credit Card envelopes come with the following features:
- Black ink
- Printed on C4 white gummed envelopes
- 250 envelopes per box
- Single/Double sided
In addition to the features above we have the following upgrades available (costs may vary):
- Printed on different coloured envelopes
- Printed in custom coloured ink on white envelopes
- Numbered with 4-6 digits
- Any other specific requirement
Step-by-Step for new customers
- Please click on the link below to download the petty cash envelopes and conditions templates
- Print out the template(s) you would like to use.
- Write out the company details and any other changes if necessary on your chosen template and scan back with the quantity and whether these are to be single or double-sided along with the desired delivery address.
- Once we receive this information, we will create a proof and email you a quote within a day.
- Please check thoroughly and let us know of any amendments you would like to make. We will then send you an updated proof.
- If you are happy with the final proof and quote, please send us a confirmation of the order, and we will proceed with printing.
